📦 Restocking Fee Policy
To help cover processing and handling costs, we’ve implemented a 10–20% restocking fee on certain returns. Here’s when it may apply:
Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of wear
Bulk returns (3 or more items from the same order)
Items returned after the 15-day return window
(We make exceptions for holiday purchases made in November–December)
🙌 No Restocking Fee If:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
You’re making an exchange
You're returning within the window and everything's in great shape!
