Not feelin’ the fit? No worries! You can send back your item within 15 days of receiving it for a refund (minus shipping and, if it applies, a small restocking fee).
Items must be unworn and in their original packaging ✨
Custom or personalized pieces are non-returnable — those beauties were made just for you! 💕
🔄 Exchanges
Want to swap for something else? Go for it!
Exchanges are restocking-fee free and just as easy as returns.
U.S. orders? We’ll cover outbound shipping on your first exchange 🎉

⚠️ A Note About Restocking Fees
A 10–20% restocking fee may apply in these situations:
Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of wear
Bulk returns (3 or more items from a single order)
Returns past 15 days (we get it — life happens, especially during the holidays! So we do make exceptions for purchases made in November–December)
