Not feelin’ the fit? No worries! You can send back your item within 15 days of receiving it for a refund (minus shipping and, if it applies, a small restocking fee).

• Items must be unworn and in their original packaging ✨

• Custom or personalized pieces are non-returnable — those beauties were made just for you! 💕

🔄 Exchanges

Want to swap for something else? Go for it!

• Exchanges are restocking-fee free and just as easy as returns.

• U.S. orders? We’ll cover outbound shipping on your first exchange 🎉

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, let us know within 7 days at [email protected] — we’ll fix it and cover the shipping 💪

⚠️ A Note About Restocking Fees

A 10–20% restocking fee may apply in these situations:

• Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of wear

• Bulk returns (3 or more items from a single order)

• Returns past 15 days (we get it — life happens, especially during the holidays! So we do make exceptions for purchases made in November–December)
